Shipping and Returns

For all bags made to order please allow 21 days to complete. It may be longer during busy times e.g. Christmas. Occasionally we may be able to complete them sooner - do let us know if the order is urgent.

All bags are shipped First Class with tracking and require a signature on delivery.

If for any reason there is a problem with the bag you can return it and receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case.

To qualify for a refund, the bag must be returned in perfect condition, in its cotton slip bag, suitably and safely packed, within 7 days.

Returned bags must be shipped with tracking and a signature on delivery.

Please contact me directly for the return address.

The sender must cover the cost of the shipping.

You can return a Made to Order bag, but not if it has been personalised.

Sale items or bags purchased using a discount code are not returnable.

Gift Vouchers are refundable within 21 days.
